Listen people, we know Park Falls, this is the only Verizon store. Don't go here. Walmart in Ashland had the same selection of phone plus a ton extra. These idiots said they couldn't sell me a phone and I keep my same number and plan because it doesn't make them enough money. Instead. I'd have to repay my plan and get a new number. Walmart in Ashland told me they're crazy and for $130 cheaper, I got a new phone that was better than my last and kept all my stuff. Plus they offered me a $10 cheaper plan with same talk and text and more data ($50 for talk text and 5gb data9. Let this cheapo store go out of business. Rant over.

Every time I go into the Verizon wireless in park falls I am HIGHLY satisfied with the service. Working with Josh Dietrich with all my customer service needs with my phone and phone plan I am really pleased. He has helped me with so much when it comes to my phone. He is the only one I’ll go to when I need help with my phone or something regarding my phone, and if he’s busy I usually wait. I highly recommend this Verizon wireless store. It’s awesome!
The worst Verizon store on the planet, I was mislead in believing to get a $300 bill credit for buying the Motorola z after numerous contacts and numerous excuses why I was not eligible for the credit because they lied to me about the credit to get me to buy that phone,and then not get back to me week after week,and then hang up on me,cowards, I will get even believe me.
