I was able to check in at 11pm and they were very accommodating. The rooms are just a typical hotel but they are nice. Stayed two nights and definitely would recommend it.
Very clean rooms, service was great and the honar military discounts. Pet friendly as well.
We are renovating our new house in Phillips. We had a few pipes burst and we didn't have water. We needed to find a place to stay and rest up for the next day. With five of us and no beds at the house and being 10 at night it was hard to find places. We called many hotels near by us in Phillips, every single one was either rude or no one even bothered to answer or they were booked months out. We were told about park falls, this was the last try before considering sleeping in the truck. This hotel was awesome and answered right away, were very happy to give us a room for a very reasonable price and the service was amazing. The customer service was just amazingly sweet!! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the care they had for us first thing in the morning. We loved it here! I suggest this hotel any day!
We had a great stay. I was up by Park Falls with my husband and our trucks tire went out. We called this place at around 11 at night and the man was very nice and even offered to come pick us up if we our truck did not work. Luckily we were able to get our truck to the hotel. The room was spotless clean with great cable and nice hot water. For the price it was absolutely a bargain compared to the motor lodge and the super 8 a town over. I would recommend this to anyone!
I stay here a few nights ago. And I loved it here. It was quiet and clean without any disturbance. I requested extra pillows and towels and the front desk man gave it to me without any bother. The room service came by early in the morning and cleaned everything very elegantly! The room has a nice mini fridge with flat screen cable and hot water. Breakfast had great coffee and some cereals and some other stuff. Overall, a great hotel for a quick stay for a reasonable price
