Overall, this is my favorite place on earth. My step-father's family has been going to this resort for many years and I've adopted this tradition as well. It's gone through many owners and has seen its share of hardships, but this lake is irreplaceable. The memories made here last, and they're precious.
This was a wonderful WEEK ! I was here as a child with my parents, then brought my children here many years ago..now I brought my grandchildren here. What old memories and new memories have been given to myself and now a new generation. It was a wonderful place to be away from real life.... fabulous ! My family will be back if possible and I thank you for keeping the place up. The cabins are so nice. Most of all thank you for the old fashion fun..laughter and new memories, we still talk about. We will be back !!!
The resort also has a bar, and it's family friendly. You can either grab a spirit or an ice-cream sundae. The choice is yours.
Amazing family vacation spot
This is one of the most peaceful places on earth that I have ever been. Nothing beats the beautiful view the lake offers, day or night.
The cabins are clean with nice kitchenettes and bathrooms. Comfy beds. My kids love taking the peddle boats out on the lake. Been up many times and it's so relaxing, great place for a writers retreat. The locals at the bar are down-to-earth cool.
I have been going here for over 40 years. Great place to relax and enjoy the week. Always ready to go back.
The cabins are great and continue to be renovated, but they haven't lost the log cabin feeling that you're probably looking for.
